BACK ORDERS
At times, items sell very quickly and we may generate a back order. If this happens, you will be notified via email and you will have a series of options. You will be given the date the item will be available, and you will be asked if you want to wait for the item. We can ship what is available and wait for the back ordered item, we can issue a gift certificate for future use for that item, or we can issue back a credit to your credit card and close the back order.
